Receptionist

Salary: Scale 2, Spinal Column Points 5-6, £11,753 - £11,949 Working Arrangements: 18 hours 7 minutes (Wednesday Afternoon, Thursday and Friday all day) Closing Date: 12 noon, 22 November 2023 An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join an inclusive and value driven public sector organisation with an outstanding organisational culture. We are looking for a receptionist to join our administration team carrying out a key role receiving and directing visitors to Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service Training Centre and also managing, recording and triaging calls promptly. The successful candidate will have experience and confidence in answering the phone, working as part of a team and experience of using Microsoft office including Word and Outlook.
