A leading organisation based in Warwickshire are seeking a NQ Commercial Contracts Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support on a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for the business. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial law and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, procurement agreements, sales agreements and more. Provide legal advice to various business units on contract interpretation, compliance and risk management. Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and policies. Support the legal team on strategic projects. Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Solicitor, NQ + post-qualification experience. Demonstrable experience, supporting in contract negotiation, this can include during your training contract. Ability to provide practical and commercially-focused legal advice. High attention to detail and strong organisational skill.s The business operate a hybrid working model with 2 / 3 days per week required on-site in Warwickshire. This will suit a NQ / a Solicitor with some general commercial contracts experience, who may be looking for their next in-house opportunity
