Embroidery machine operator

Embroidery Machine Operator GBP12.62 per hour plus holiday pay and on target performance bonus. 40-hour week ndash; Flexi hours. Monday to Friday. Our established clients are looking for someone to start initially as maternity cover for a year, but this could develop. You will need to be a car owner driver due to the company rsquo;s location near Burgess Hill (parking onsite) Main duties will require experience of using automated embroidery machines to add designs on various garments. The Garment Refinishing team are working at the very core of our business providing garment decoration and company logos, fulfilling customer orders to high standards. This role involves Garment refinishing duties, warehouse support duties and office support duties as required in line with the companies KPIs. Main Duties middot; Observe sewing operation to detect defects in stitching and notify any faults to supervisor. middot; Apply customer logos to a range of indoor and outdoor work clothing using heat sealing presses. middot; Finish and Inspect garments after logo application for proper quality control. middot; Work accurately with attention to detail and efficiently to the highest standard of quality and meet timescales. middot; Comply with all aspects of Health Safety policies and procedures. middot; Highlight to the department supervisor if any equipment necessary for performing your duties is malfunctioning or requires maintenance. middot; Provide feedback to the Supervisor on process improvements. middot; To keep a safe, tidy, and clean place of work for you, other employees and visitors. middot; Undertake training deemed necessary to allow you to carry out your work safely and efficiently and assist in your personal development. middot; Assisting with general day to day department duties including Routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. middot; Assisting with warehouse support as required. middot; Assisting with office support as required
