Support worker

At Halcyon Health Social Care, we are looking for reliable and compassionate support workers to work with specialist nursing home in the Salisbury area that help adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Being a support worker, you will be making a difference every day by helping people to live their lives to the fullest, regardless of their situation or ability. We are looking for support workers who have a minimum of 6 months rsquo; experience in supported care work, satisfactory evidence of right to work in the UK and a good sense of professionalism and reliability. This particular role requires you to work 24 hours a week with a shift pattern of 08.00am to 20:00pm.
