Commercial manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our FM clients Asset team and drive their commercial strategy forward. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in contract management, financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the facilities management sector and a proven track record in commercial management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and market conditions. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and renewal processes. Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management. Lead and mentor a team of commercial staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the healthcare or facilities management sector. Strong understanding of contract law and commercial practices. Excellent financial analysis and budget management skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
