Architectural technologist

Our client, an architectural practice based in Newport are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an expanding practice that have an excellent reputation. Revit experience and experience within either the commercial, residential, healthcare or MOD sectors is highly advantageous. Our client is an expert at designing and delivering projects and have gained an excellent reputation in the South-West region in particular. They are a design-led practice, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with high attention to detail. Projects vary from client to client including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions. Sectors that this practice operates within include Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare and Education, so candidates with varied backgrounds are encouraged to apply. A few responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, working drawings and produce planning applications for several projects as well as producing 3D technical drawings and liaising with clients.
