Contract Manager Maintenance Refurbishment GBP70,000 - GBP75,000 Luton Role: Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their ever growing team. As an Contract Manager you based between head office and site managing a refurbishment project in Luton that mainly consists of fa ccedil;ade replacements. High rise cladding and EWI. Experience: As Contracts Manager you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectations. This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve: Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. Managing people, sub-contractors and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the time frames required and that they meet the minimum standard set by the Clients KPI #39;s. Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times. See below key skills: Experience in completing construction phase plans Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams P L, cash flow and costs Creating a work safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally) A flexible, can do attitude and want to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage the H S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team This is a very fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a business that is growing and developing.
