Installation coordinator

One of our Milton Keynes based clients require an Implementation Coordinator to join their Installation team. General Job Description / Key Responsibilities The Implementation Coordinator reports directly in to the Senior Implementation Manager and is responsible for supporting with all site installation services, working in partnership with the Sales Support Team and an Ecosystem of Installation Partners. Key Competencies / Skills bull; Working with the Installation Manager and the Service Supervisor to ensure allocation and job briefings are issued for all activities bull; Support with all implementation co-ordination activity to support common ways of working and business service strategy bull; Working with the Sales Support team and Implementation team to create a schedule for order raising and processing bull; Booking of transport and raising associated purchase orders bull; Supporting the Installation Manager and the Service Supervisor with all costs associated to the service delivery, monitoring and highlighting any risks bull; Co-ordinating with the Relationship Sales Team to provide status updates of all service activity bull; Attending daily meetings with Operational and Implementation teams bull; Preparing files for invoicing bull; Promoting the brand by building trust and rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and to develop brand loyalty bull; Run daily reports to check all projects have been despatched as requested bull; Support month end invoice process bull; Co-ordination of all sign off activities, supporting the Implementation team with communication to customers bull; Preparation of site Health and Safety, and engineer job packs bull; Support the Implementation team with training requirements for the service partners bull; Attend service partner and customer meetings as required Person Specification bull; IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel Outlook bull; Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable) bull; Self-motivated and ability to show initiative bull; Be receptive to fast moving, challenging, rapidly changing and expanding operations bull; Confident and personable Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am - 4pm
