A rapidly growing food industry business is now looking to add to its management team with a talented Operations Manager. Someone who thrives in a factory-focused role, managing a team and working closely with customers. The role: Full site accountability for Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Projects Host customer visits and drive audits ndash; both producers and major supermarkets Developing robust procedures and processes to increase performance OEE whilst driving down costs and wastage Optimising automated state-of-the-art grading equipment to increase plant capability and performance whilst improving yield and maintaining exceptional quality standards CI and project lead across all packing centre activities Being a leader of the site health and safety To meet and exceed company and customer expectations for compliance, quality, cost and delivery.
