The Job: As the Graduate Operations Co-ordinator hellip; You will receive excellent training to enable you to support the Operations team in coordinating the day to day Sea Freight imports and European road Freight shipments. You rsquo;ll be given guidance to allow you to become proficient in client liaison both written (email) and verbal (telephone). Learn how to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers Liaise with the internal sales team, assisting with quotations and service status information. Assist in the completion of necessary export and import customs clearance. Raise job files and all of the appropriate paperwork. Invoice jobs on completion. Requirements: Ambitious, entrepreneurial outlook with a great sense of customer service Commercial acumen Negotiating skills to maximise gross profit. Strong organisational and administration skills.
