The home offers two shift patterns: 3 days over 7 - 08:00 - 17:30 each day (27 hours per week) 4 days over 7 - 08:00 - 17:30 each day (36 hours per week)They would initially be looking to hire on a temporary basis as a trial, before making a permanent offer to the right candidates within a few weeks. Pay will be GBP15 per hour on a temporary contract. This will then move onto the home #39;s pay scale after they make a permanent offer.
