Senior procurement analyst

The Business: A leading Automotive services business operating across over 30 countries globally. Key Responsibilities: Manage Procurement Operations: Oversee daily procurement activities and develop the Procurement In-take tool, ensuring efficient assignment and tracking of tasks Reporting and Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain quarterly PowerBI Procurement Dashboards, providing insights into cost tracking, spend/savings achieved, and key metrics Process Improvement: Continuously improve and automate procurement processes by leveraging data from various sources Advanced Analysis: Perform advanced trend analysis, incorporating data from different areas to aid in supplier evaluation, pricing negotiations, and business case development Project Management: Lead and manage business projects focused on process and system improvements, ensuring successful integration and reporting capabilitiesKey Skills Needed: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and sound business judgement, with advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) and knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise, coordinate, and direct multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies, with a global perspective in communication and interaction Driven Attitude: A can-do attitude, results-driven, and resourceful, capable of managing diverse projects with interrelated processes
