Role - Site Manager Location - Leeds Project - High Rise Residential Remuneration Package - Upto GBP50,000 + car allowance Summary: One of my key clients in the Leeds area are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting high-rise residential scheme in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, focussing on the finishing aspects of the project to get it across the line. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
