Job title: Head of Residential Properties Salary: GBP60,000 ndash; 80,000 Location: Hendon, North London Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday O rsquo;Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a head of residential properties. Our client is a fast-paced Property Management company with a portfolio that contains approximately 900 properties including office blocks, industrial estates, mixed use properties, retail units and development sites. They offer a highly competitive salary for the right candidate and are based in Hendon, North London. You must live close to Hendon and have a proven history of minimum 5 years in a similar role. Those who can rsquo;t demonstrate this need not apply as they wont be considered. As Head of Residential Properties you will be responsible for * Ensuring full compliance across the day to day Property Management Operation * To manage the performance of the Property Management team through regular 1:1 rsquo;s and morning meetings. * Assist with recruitment and training * Ensuring full cooperation with our agreed principles, procedures and systems to ensure client receive an effective property management solution. * The Head of Property Management should influence a positive result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan. * Appointment and monitoring of contractors/ organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works * Utilising new processes and procedures, to rationalise and implement procedures across both residential and student departments * Within such a heavily regulated and exposed industry a main priority of the Head of Property Management to ensure 100% compliance across all business operations within their remit and by all staff under their direct supervision.
