Learning and development advisor

Do you have a passion for Learning delivery? You will collaborate with wider Learning team to design, deliver, develop and evaluate learning interventions. This Learning Development Advisor role offers Hybrid working + Excellent Bens As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will: Delivering training and other learning activity, including systems training to support colleagues develop the skills and knowledge they need to deliver in their day to day roles and increase capability Working collaboratively with the L C team on the design of learning solutions that deliver a blended approach, that embeds our culture and enhances the Academy offer Using a wide range of learning techniques (facilitation, coaching, feedback and training delivery) to ensure learning is meaningful, impactful and embedded into day to day practice Ensuring learning activity is evaluated, putting in place mechanisms for continuous improvement Gathering and recording feedback from colleagues during the delivery of your role to feed into the development of the Academy offer and provide insight to the Director of L C Being a Learning Ambassador for Southern Housing, acting as a champion for our learning culture Engaging in project work as needed to support the development of the learning culture and the Academy Your self-motivated engaging personality and enthusiasm will ensure your success in this role.
