Our supported living service in Hartlepool is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! Every day is different and full of activities. Within this service we support our service users by going to the cinema, music concerts to the local pub and some shopping and lone working. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone #39;s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
