Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer Location: London, Greater London. Due to continuous development, they are now seeking to take on a Pre-Commissioning Engineer. The successful candidate will be familiar working on Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out pre-commissioning cleans, chemical dosing, checking flow rates and velocities and ensuring that work carried out complies with BSRIA guidelines. Experience Qualifications: Experience working for a reputable Water Treatment company, hands on as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer. Fully versed in relevant BSRIA guidelines. Excellent communication and time management skills. Familiar working on Commercial and Industrial sites. The Role: Working on Commercial and Industrial sites carrying out pre-commissioning cleans on LTHW and CHW systems. Chemical dosing of systems using biocides and inhibitors. Flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units. CWST cleans and chlorination #39;s. Carrying out injections on hot and cold-water systems. Accurately checking flow rates and velocities. Setting of TMVs. Backflushing and power flushing of systems. Working in line with BSRIA guidelines. Producing detailed, technical reports based on site findings. Providing clients with technical support and advice when needed.
