Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Gravesend, Kent. Salary / Benefits GBP24k - GBP35k + Training + Benefits Our client has a strong presence in the South East of England, they specialise in legionella management services, working across Care Home, Retail, Leisure and Educational sites. They are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor you will be working alongside a team of longstanding and hard-working risk assessors. As well as carrying out risk assessments, ensuring sites adhere to HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines, you will be producing detailed legionella management plans for clients, ensuring that actions are implements. Experience Qualifications: Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments is essential to the role. Able to communicate efficiently. Excellent IT skills, able to produce detailed reports. Able to complete work in line with agreed timelines. Fully conversant in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. The Role: Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems across Care Home, Retail, Leisure, and Educational sites. Upon completion of risk assessments, producing detailed legionella reports. Providing legionella management reports for clients, ensuring that actions from the report are implemented correctly. Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Working from and producing detailed site-specific reports.
