Have previous multi-site management experience leading multiple brands and teams to success. Can continuously embed a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment where collaboration is key. Have operated in a customer centric role that has delivered exceptional client service levels. Have demonstrable leadership and management capability and is comfortable working within a changing environment. Can demonstrate the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community in which they operate. Are an agile, well-organised, and motivational leader who can engage, coach and develop individuals to deliver results. Have strong commercial acumen and can understand and implement practices that makes a business successful. Can effectively manage costs and operate in a regulated environment.
