The EPoS (electronic point -of -sale) system (tills, app, QR code)supports the operation within the retail units and provides financial and other information to Head Office ++This job is based every day in the office - no opportunity to work at home ++ Main responsibilities: Providing a first point of contact for IT queries from the retail units Resolving issues from retail units and Head Office Updating and maintaining data in the EPoS database Co-ordinating requests for new and replacement hardware Configuring promotional launches on EPoS systems (tills; app; QR code) Supporting IT and business projectsThe successful applicant will Confident telephone manner Have excellent written skills. Have attention to detail. Have a good organisational and administrative ability. Be PC literate. Worked within an environment with a high content of telephone calls. If had experience within hospitality industry would be an advantage Early start 1 week in every 4 at 7am - preference to candidates who live locally to officeCore hours: 37.5 (you will be working on a Rota Basis and must be flexible to work between 7am and 6pm, Monday-Friday, with additional weekend and occasional bank holiday work arranged on a rota basis, organised in advance) Questions Worked within an environment with high content of telephone calls Computer Literate Lives locally to Watford Customer focused Work AuthorisationApply now for more information
