Workshop foreman

Due to the continued business growth, we are looking for a Workshop Foreman to join our team to work with our Service Manager to coordinate the workshop team. The day to day role will include but not limited to: * Servicing and Preventative Maintenance work on IC powered and Electric powered equipment * Carry out diagnosis and subsequent repair work to both customers own and company owned equipment which varies across all Material Handling Equipment. * Thorough Examination Inspections * Carry out Quality Inspections on fleet prior to despatch for hire * Assisting workshop engineers when required * Holiday cover for Service Manager * To work closely with our Service Manager and Hire Controller to ensure the quality of the repair work and rental trucks going out is up to the highest standard. * Ensure we have a positive team morale and engagement * To work with the Service Manager to develop and improve the workshop process As Workshop Foremen, you will have gained experience from a similar role and will have in-depth knowledge of Material Handling Equipment.
