Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the finance team.Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should be: AAT /CIMA/ ACCA Studier A professional qualification in finance or accounting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
