Team Leader Location: Cottam, PR4 Hourly Rate: GBP13.22 per hour Hours of Work: 42 hours per week + 8 sleep shifts a month (GBP78 per sleep shift) Time Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-established residential care provider for Children in the Northwest. Founded in 2005, they have been expanding their services in the Northwest region of the country. We are looking for a Children #39;s residential Team Leader to join a small 3-bedded residential home for children aged 7 to 18 years old. The home specializes in caring for children with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs associated with challenging behaviour. The home is currently in the process of registering with Ofsted, this is your opportunity to be part of the effort to achieve a high Ofsted rating for the home! A team leader will work closely with the House Manager and ensure the shifts run as smoothly as possible. You will be leading a team of support workers and monitoring their development and efficacy. Support the children to develop healthy relationships with friends, family, and fellow staff members. Safeguard vulnerable children and contribute to care plans designed to encourage them to integrate with the local community. Certain local partnerships include taking the children to a local farm to help tend to the animals and taking horse riding lessons in the countryside! Must haves for the Team Leader role: - Minimum of 2 years working in residential support worker settings - Minimum 1 year experience of leading a team - Must have a Lvl 3 QCF in Children #39;s Residential Care - Must have a full UK drivers license. - must be flexible in the rota and have the availability to work days, evenings and weekends, as well as work a minimum of 8 sleep shifts a month Benefits of the role include: - 2-week mandatory paid induction programme - continuous training and development - free DBS check - free on-site parking - GBP500 welcome bonus - pension scheme.
