We are currently seeking a dynamic Finance Assistant to join their team and collaborate closely with the Financial Controller. What #39;s in it for you? Full AAT study support Clear pathway for progression and development Stability within a large, well-known business Two-week Christmas shutdown Generous package, including a salary of up to GBP26,000 Quarterly bonus Responsibilities Post all bank accounts into NetSuite daily to ensure reconciliation Raise sales invoices daily and inform the business of any errors on sales orders Chase cash and work with customers #39; accounts payable departments to ensure timely invoice payments Process purchase invoices daily, ensuring purchase orders match invoices and goods are receipted promptly Review and respond to queries Support the finance department as needed Raise weekly and monthly consolidated sales invoices Administer PayPal transactions and supplier payments weekly Ensure month-end closure aligns with business expectations and handle monthly Mastercard administration Conduct ongoing tasks: review suppliers for cost-saving, handle legal compliance, manage ad hoc projects, process credit notes, reconcile supplier statements, maintain ledgers, raise payments, and address supplier/customer queries Ideal Candidate Qualifications Progress towards AAT Strong IT proficiency, ideally within Excel Desire for a long-term career in finance Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving situations Impeccable organisational skills and acute attention to detail Proactive approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment Benefits In return, the company offers a competitive starting salary, outstanding holiday entitlement, comprehensive study support, and attractive benefits.
