Job Advert: Business Studies Teacher Location: Outstanding Secondary School, Slough Position: Business Studies Teacher Start Date: September 2024 Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term, or Permanent An outstanding secondary school in Slough is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a successful department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated educator to teach at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, as well as Level 3 vocational courses. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to students at KS4, KS5, and Level 3 vocational courses. Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic excellence. Contribute to the development and improvement of the Business Studies curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, parents #39; evenings, and school events as required. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student engagement.The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification. Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 levels, and ideally, Level 3 vocational courses. Demonstrate a strong commitment to student achievement and progress. Possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Be a proactive and collaborative team member, contributing to the wider school community.
