Business Support Administrator (Clinical Team) Tewkesbury GBP23/25K pa. The ideal candidate will have previous office-based administration or customer services experience, however full training will be given. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new tasks quickly a requirement, as is a smart appearance. An interest in pursuing a career in business administration is essential. Job Summary To deliver high quality Administration support for a variety of departments Key Responsibilities * Process incoming communications; (post, fax, email), scanning, if appropriate, and directing to the relevant person * Process incoming queries, invoices and referrals and correspond accordingly * Book appointments and chase correspondence * Typing up reports * Data management * Administration support for different departments Key Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint * Have a confident, clear telephone manner. * Smart appearance * Have excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Have a ldquo;can do rdquo; attitude when dealing with customer calls. * Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with good attention to detail. * Previous administration experience an advantage Salary will be dependent on experience cGBP23/25k depending on experience plus excellent benefits package. Hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. This role might suit a graduate looking for a business admin career or someone in hospitality looking for their first office based role.
