Sales Office Coordinator Calne Salary Negotiable We are looking for self-sufficient and motivated individual to join a company with over 40 years rsquo; experience in the specialist design, development, and production of machinery. Sales Office Coordinator Responsibilities: * Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining records * Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team * Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally * Coordinate sales-related activities, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping arrangements * Maintain and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy * Handle customer complaints or issues, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction * Monitor and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer interactions * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty * Assist in preparing sales presentations and sales materials for client meetings * Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and supplies The Ideal Sales and Office Coordinator Will Have: * Experience in administrative support or sales coordination is advantageous * Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems * Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues effectively * Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and data * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic work environments * Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude to handle customer inquiries and concerns Working Hours: * Monday ndash; Thursday: 8:30am ndash; 17:15pm * Fridays ndash; 8:00am ndash; 15:00pm Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 26 years.
