Job Advert We are looking for a positive and caring Support Worker to join one of our supported living services in Croxteth area of Liverpool where we support 2 ladies and 1 male 24/7 within their own home. We are currently looking to recruit for 1 x 30 hour permanent position. We need someone who is flexible as shifts will cover mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-in shifts per week. We work on a four week rolling rota, this enables family/work balance. You are given your rota minimum of 8 weeks in advance. You will be required to work sleep in shifts 10am-10pm sleep 8am-10am, day shifts and 10am-3pm and evening shifts depending on the people we support activities. All shifts will be on a rolling rota basis. This is an active service, requires staff to work occasional evenings to attend Theatre shows. You will be supporting 2 females and male between the ages of 46-70 years old. All people we support are active, access the community on a daily basis and have a positive presence in the local community. You do not need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values. Personal care - helping people to get ready for the day and assisting with bathing, showering and using the bathroom.
