Maintenance Engineer London GBP36,000 - GBP40,000 Looking for a varied role, where you will have the chance to work across multiple prestige commercial buildings in London? We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Operative to work with a privately owned building services provider across a number of high end commercial properties situated between Holborn and Shoreditch, London. The position will be part of a foot mobile maintenance team delivering a best in class maintenance service through PPM and reactive duties on circa six properties within walking distance of each other in London. Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) Reactive maintenance Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks Legionella awareness AHUs / FCUs Plant room checks Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms General maintenance duties Qualifications: Whilst no qualifications are needed for this role the candidate will need to have prior building services maintenance experience Benefits: GBP36,000 - GBP40,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8-5 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension Overtime
