The homes support young people between the ages of 5-19, who have been diagnosed with Autism, Physical Difficulties, Learning Difficulties and Challenging behaviour We are looking for a Residential Support Worker / RSW to work on a varied rota which the choice of Morning, Evening and Waking Night shifts. Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children rsquo;s wishes are heard and respected.
