Administrator / Data Entry Salary: up to GBP25,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) Office Based Duties will include: Updating customer accounts to ensure personal information is kept up to date. This includes managing the updated mailboxes and liaising with customers once updates are actioned. Accurate data entry Documentation checks, ensuring they comply with legislation. Retrieving data as requested Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary Liaise with internal departments. General administrative duties Skills and experience: High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills Good administration skills Adaptability / flexibility and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Ability to work under varying workloads and pressures. Positive approach and can-do attitude. Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Full training is provided, and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.
