The Role ndash; Reception Teaching Assistant For this Reception Teaching Assistant role, your primary responsibility will be providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for the youngest children in the Reception class. As you will be supporting pupils within Early Years, experience in EYFS is essential. CACHE Level 3 qualification is highly desirable but not essential. As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you must use your knowledge and understand of the Early Years Foundation Stage to implement play-based learning activities daily. Prior SEN experience is highly advantageous.
