Service engineer

Position: Mobile Service Technician Location: East Anglia (multiple locations available) Salary: GBP35-GBP40k + Car/Van Shifts: Mon-Fri (Days) Job Summary: We have a local client with an fabulous reputation and amazing Head Office facilities, they pride themselves on being a top employer that is looking for a Mobile Service Technician. This is a role where you could be playing a crucial role in ensuring their customers #39; satisfaction by repairing machinery both in-house and on-site. You will get to diagnose issues, conduct repairs and provide exceptional customer service for an exeptional brand, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to quality and reliability. You will be: Troubleshooting and repairing customer machinery. Investigating and solving problems related to machine systems. Conducting machinery inspections, performing machinery set-up and adjustments. Utilise a laptop to record labor, complete service reports, and submit warranty reports. Refer to service manuals and parts books to retrieve specifications and parts information for repairs.
