Project co ordinator

As part of their succession planning, our client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their Head Office operation in a key support role to the business. There is the expectation that the successful candidate will progress into the Project Manager and working alongside senior management to embrace all aspects of a project from inception to completion. Key responsibilities: * Drafting agreements and contracts with clients * Overseeing the documentation required and chasing outstanding forms * Liaising with suppliers and placing orders * Issuing purchase orders * Arranging deliveries * Co-ordinating stock movement in the warehouse * Arranging client meetings * Attending client meetings when required * Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal departments during the length of the projects The candidate: We are seeking an individual who has an interest in project management and who has ideally gained experience in a similar role previously. Strong administration and IT skills are essential coupled with the confidence to lead projects and manage staff in the future. A knowledge of purchasing would be of advantage. Own transport would be preferred given the location. On offer: A full time permanent office based position working Monday to Friday. Generous salary and individual bonus available based on setting and achieving key objectives. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
