Due to a continuous and stable growth over the past years they are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the Production Department. Previously this role has been fulfilled but the Operations Manager however, due to the growth this now needs to be a stand alone position. Role Responsibilities: Production team of 35 - including a Production Supervisor and four Team Leaders, with the remainder being assemblers. Key internal relationships: procurement, logistics, and quality. Plan, manage and implement production schedules to meet customer demand. Monitor production processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, Monitor Manpower usage Materials (stock) - monitor wastage and improve efficiency Manage and develop production staff to enhance their skills and productivity. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, processes, or equipment to improve production capabilities.
