Nursery Practitioner - Position Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of children in our nursery. Working closely with the nursery team, you will provide a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Nursery Practitioner - Responsibilities: As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse range of activities to promote children #39;s physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development. Assisting with the provision of a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed. Building positive relationships with children, promoting their well-being and creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere. Observing and assessing children #39;s progress, providing feedback to the nursery team and parents/carers. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children #39;s individual needs and communicate their progress. Nursery Practitioner - Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: Relevant experience working with young children, preferably within a nursery or early years setting. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their learning and development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
