The role As the Learning Lead for a Transformation (12 months FTC) Programme for Financial Services you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation through effective learning strategies. This role requires a blend of agile learning design expertise, change management knowledge, data analysis and reporting skills along with strong organisational and leadership skills to ensure learning objectives are aligned with the programme goals. What will you do as an FS Transformation Learning Lead at N Brown? Training Programme Development * Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training programme using agile learning methodologies to meet the requirement of a transformation in our operating model impacting systems, customer journeys operational processes * Identify and assess the learning needs across the Financial Services business in relation to the change in the operating model * Utilise a variety of training methodologies include classroom training, online learning and on the job training to cater for diverse learning styles and preferences. Implementation and Delivery * Design and develop the learning curricula, materials and resources tailored to the needs of different stakeholder groups. * Deliver engaging learning interventions such as workshops/training session and e learning modules.
