Responsibilities: #x1F4CB;Reconciliation of Transport Orders and database system to ensure accuracy of customer invoices. #x1F4DD;Checking Customer Transport Orders and paperwork for completeness and correctness. #x1F504;Reconciliation of Employee Timesheets. #x1F4CA;Completing weekly cost sheets in Microsoft Excel for billed customers. #x1F4C2;Updating customer portals with PODs and other relevant paperwork. #x1F4A1;Analysing data and offering cost-saving solutions. #x260E; #xFE0F;Ensuring timely response to telephone calls and emails. #x1F5C4; #xFE0F;General filing and database updating. #x1F4C6;Assisting the Accounts Manager with any additional tasks. Essential Requirements: #x270D; #xFE0F;Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #x1F50D;Attention to detail and accuracy. #x1F4AA;Self-motivated and highly organised. #x1F504;Flexible approach to tasks. #x260E; #xFE0F;Confident telephone manner. #x1F4BB;Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). #x1F465;Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #x26A1; #xFE0F;Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines. #x1F698;Own transport for commuting is essential. #x1F923;Good sense of humour.
