Business development manager

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Business Development Manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: #149; Generate new business opportunities within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. #149; Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. #149; Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. #149; Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. #149; Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: #149; Previous experience in business development, preferably within the payroll sector. #149; Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics and trends. #149; Excellent communication and negotiation skills. #149; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. #149; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Location: Office-based, with hybrid options considered for the right candidate.
