Sales administrator

Job Title: Sales Administrator (Verigreen) Location: Ridham Dock Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 8SR Salary: Circa GBP28,000 per annum Job type: Full Time (Part time would be considered), Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday About Us: Verigreen is a specialist processor of surplus food waste, providing closed loop solutions to surplus and waste food. Working with our clients and customers we collect and transport food surplus and waste to AD plants creating green energy to power homes. AD waste is the supplied to farms as biofertilizer to spread back to land enhancing good growth. The Role: We have an exciting opportunity to join the small team supporting the Verigreen business with administration and support contacting customers and clients via telephone and email, providing quotes. You will need to have strong communication skills enjoy dealing with customers and be confident to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative. Responsibilities: Provide detailed reports including rebates to customers and broker on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, including recycling percentages when required Generate Purchase orders for subcontracted works and reconcile the PO against the supplier #39;s invoice Manage brokers portals, bookings operations Ensure all activity is recorded on the company CRM system, Hubspot and kept up to date Investigate credit requests from clients brokers and raise credits requests where necessary and get sign off from Sales director Process rebates for accounts when required, including preparing data, raising POs and reconciling invoices Generate #39;Duty of Cares #39; for all clients including brokers where necessary Ensure all data is captured accurately and appropriately so that it may be used to generate effective reports Ensure all documents for the Sales Department are kept up-to-date and accurate, including housekeeping of sales broker files Support the Sales Department with ad-hoc administrative duties as requiredAbout you: Essentials: Strong customer service ethos Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers Computer literate (emails, MS Office) especially excel Excellent attention to detail Ability to work using own initiative Proven administration experience Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team Maths English - GCSE (or equivalent)Desirable: Experience of working with CRM systemsBenefits: Employee Assistance Programme GymFlex salary sacrifice scheme Life Insurance and GP 24 access Electric car salary sacrifice scheme Cycle to work scheme Company eventsPlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV for this role.
