Responsibilities: Effectively plan and deliver varied and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum to support all learners Assess and record student progress to ensure progression Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants to facilitate an inclusive educational experience Implement the school #39;s curriculum and contribute to the development of young learners Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring the well-being and academic progress of each studentEssential requirements: Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in Key Stage 1 is essential in this role Strong communication and collaboration Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a challenging behavioural environment.
