A Commercial Manager within Balfour Beatty Asset Technology Solutions is responsible for the financial and commercial management of the business area and associated assets, from inception and tendering to asset disposal. What you #39;ll be doing As a Commercial Manager you will have: Experience of disputes resolution options and techniques (formal and informal). Knowledge and application of legislation and ability to liaise with legal experts. Experience of Preparing estimates tender submissions including the interpretation of Customer requirements and supplier specifications Financial and contractual interests to your employer and/or Customers in review meetings or the like Knowledge of co-ordinating accounts, production control/planning, supply chain management procurement techniques, estimating surveying functions Experience of Managing and reporting any commercial risk and opportunity.
