The service has 60 beds in total across 3 floors; the service has x3 20 bedded nursing units and offers clinical excellence across their residential, general nursing and dementia nursing units. You will be a named Registered Nurse for no more than 30 residents with several well-trained care staff to assist you and your duties will be to promote clinical excellence, keep records and maintain clinical governance within your unit.
