Project Manager GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 + 8% Pension, Flexi-time, 5% Bonus + Car Allowance Dynamic role requiring a mix of technical, commercial, project and management skills Opportunity to work with a variety of specialists in a technical environment Essex Ref: 22663 Project Manager - The Role: #x2981; Managing a variety of projects, from large production lines to small table-top units #x2981; Ensuring projects meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives #x2981; Resolving key project risks and issues #x2981; Maintaining a clear understanding of the project scope and managing the commercial impact of changes #x2981; Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution #x2981; Corresponding with customers and suppliers on technical issues Project Manager - The Person: #x2981; A systematic approach to work with great attention to detail #x2981; Excellent relationship-building skills with key client stakeholders #x2981; A strong customer focus #x2981; The ability to work effectively with people across departments and shop floor staff #x2981; Experience in managing projects in a technical environment, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years+) #x2981; Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry sector and an understanding of GMP and validation principles (advantageous) We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of the automation sector ndash; either an electrical or mechanical bias. You will be happy to travel 2/3 days per month to visit with clients for new clients or update meetings.
