Site manager

Our client, who are one of the UK #39;s leading house-builders are looking to recruit a Site Manager for their development in West London. The project consists of c 800 units, all RC frame with 9 blocks going up to 9 storeys in height. The development has a project completion date of early 2028. They are looking for a Site Manager with solid all-round skills to initially cover internal Fit Out works, taking units from 1st Fix through to Handover. Your day-to-day duties would be to ensure the project runs to speed and programme, attend and chair meetings with specialist sub-contractors and report progress back to senior management. You will also ensure H S is always adhered to and as mentioned you will work on other packages as the project progresses.
