Factory Floor Presence: Regularly visit the factory floor to oversee the temp workforce, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and booking hours. Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties. Administrative Duties: Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.About You: Experience: You have experience with Excel and Outlook, as well as a background in customer service. Adaptability: You #39;re flexible and can cover shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM when needed. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive: You #39;re proactive and can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
