Senior estates surveyor

Estates Surveyor My client based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team and manage their corporate property portfolio managing a variety of assets management and estates matters. Essential Requirements: Estate management of a commercial property portfolio (office blocks, car parks, shopping centres). Ability to negotiate and liaise on rent reviews and lease renewals. Experience in managing landlord and tenant matters.
