Commercial manager

Commercial Manager for specialist civil engineering company working on 3 projects across Kent. My client are a GBP215m turnover niche civils principle contractor who specialise specifically in tunnelling. They #39;re a family owned business will a well-established name in the industry using positive reinforcement with high expectations to encourage a high output work environment. The Commercial Manager is expected to oversee a handful of projects concurrently which currently includes 3 spread across Kent and Surrey. You will direct a handful of Quantity surveyor #39;s on each project and report to the Commercial Director. As well as project management, you will also be expected to participate in the company #39;s business development and strategic panning. A great opportunity for a striving young professional to progress up the ladder of their career. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years exposure in the commercial industry including 2-3 years minimum as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager having experience overseeing a small team. You will likely have worked within civil engineering industry with expertise across NEC contracts.
