Contracts Administrator UP TO GBP30,000 - depending on experience. A client of ours are expanding one of their departments and looking for a Contracts Coordinator, to join their fast-paced team. You will be providing support to the engineers, liaising and booking in appointments with clients, responding to reactive call outs and ordering necessary parts. Some of your responsibilities. Managing emails and incoming calls for new jobs, emergency calls outs. Logging information onto the CRM. Ordering parts and equipment for jobs. Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Booking appointments with clients and scheduling engineers. Monitoring ongoing jobs completing all administration. Liaising with sub-contractors on booking jobs requirements needed. Producing quotes.
