Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviour. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs). Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress, helping to adapt strategies to meet their needs.
